Important Safety Information
Do not take sildenafil if you take nitrates in any form, including nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, or recreational “poppers” such as amyl nitrite or butyl nitrite. Combining sildenafil with nitrates can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Do not take sildenafil with riociguat or other guanylate cyclase stimulators.
Tell your provider if you have heart disease, chest pain, low blood pressure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, stroke history, heart attack history, liver disease, kidney disease, bleeding disorders, stomach ulcers, retinitis pigmentosa, vision problems, hearing problems, or a physical deformity of the penis.
Sildenafil may cause sudden vision loss, sudden hearing loss, prolonged erection, low blood pressure, dizziness, fainting, or serious cardiovascular symptoms in certain patients.
Seek emergency medical help if you have an erection lasting more than 4 hours, chest pain, sudden vision loss, sudden hearing loss, severe dizziness, fainting, or symptoms of an allergic reaction.
