Prescribing Information
Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator, or SERM, that may be prescribed off-label or as a compounded medication when clinically appropriate. Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved, and compounded enclomiphene is not FDA-approved as a finished drug product.

Important Safety Information
Do not use enclomiphene if you have a known allergy to enclomiphene, clomiphene, or any ingredient in the medication.
Tell your provider if you have liver disease, history of blood clots, stroke, vision problems, hormone-sensitive cancer, pituitary tumor, severe mood disorder, fertility concerns, or are taking testosterone, anabolic steroids, or other hormone-related medications.
Enclomiphene may affect hormone levels and may require lab monitoring, including testosterone, estradiol, LH/FSH, blood count, liver markers, and other labs determined by your provider.
Stop use and contact your provider if you experience visual disturbances, severe mood changes, chest pain, shortness of breath, leg swelling, severe headache, allergic reaction, or other concerning symptoms.
